Looking for harp music for your event? Wanting to take private lessons? Interested in keeping up-to-date with her upcoming events? Other thoughts?
Stephanie would love to hear from you!
Somehow, I had never played Sibelius before this week. So grateful to have finally gotten to experience his first symphony; it’s really one of those dreamy, deeply satisfying harp parts. I loved every minute ❤️.
If you don’t create a recap reel, did the year even happen? (Sound by @grandpeachedits !)
There is something so special about playing incredible music with friends. It was a treat to return to St. Andrew’s to perform Britten’s “Ceremony of Carols” this evening.
Felt so much joy and gratitude this entire week getting to play Planets with @emilykleinharp under conductor @gemmanewmusic. In 25 years of playing the harp, I can count on one hand the number of female conductors I’ve gotten to play for. It was deeply meaningful to play such powerful music under her phenomenal leadership; I truly loved every minute of it.
Such a privilege to get to join @housymphony for their performances of Der Rosenkavalier. And I got to do with @emilykleinharp!
A nerdy before and after purely for my own entertainment. The real ⭐️ of this show is my little pink pearl. Look carefully and you can spot the eraser shavings all over my stand.
A client went old-school with this request for “Fireflies” for her wedding processional. Love me some twinkly music ✨
Final show of Barber’s Symphony No. 1 today. There’s nothing better than getting to play stunning music with the @housymphony.
Barber’s harp parts are highly underrated. Really loving this gorgeous excerpt from his first symphony, but the whole piece is 😍.
Sometimes not playing is actually preferred 😋. Looking forward to three shows of @cirquedelasymphonie with @housymphony this weekend! Thrilled to basically be an on-stage audience member for the majority of this show.
This music is convincing me I would love Final Fantasy 😋. #justaddchoir
I would like to formally request that our rehearsal spaces always look like this. Please and thank you.

It’s incredibly special when a composer writes music just for you. This is the tail end of a harp cadenza written by my friend @chrislowrymusic. It comes after about 30 minutes of very taxing music, so I’ve been working almost exclusively on this final movement, trying to get my stamina up, bc I’ve yet to perform it to satisfaction 😅. Looking forward to playing it in Colorado next week!
PS- I’ve been posting on tiktok just for a way to pass the time since I’ve been stuck at home this weekend. It’s been fun! Follow me there, maybe?
I have a hard concert program coming up next week, so naturally I decided to learn #interstellar instead.
Currently prepping music for some exciting concerts in July but still thinking about this beautiful church and the exquisite music I got to play in it last week 😍. Thanks so much to @rachelciraldo for inviting me to come out for @festivalsouth.
New hall, new harp, new film. Loved joining @housymphony for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1, even if (🚨spoiler alert🚨) it meant hearing Dobby die three times in a row 😥
After six years of playing weddings in Houston, it takes a lot for me to be stunned by a wedding aesthetic but the conservatory at Bryan Museum did it. Such a gorgeous space. Huge congratulations, Brennan and Corey!
Had a great time kicking off summer “break” with two days of clinics for Klein ISD’s TMEA camp. Any kid who chooses to start off their summer vacation with 6 hours of harp camp definitely deserves major props 👌🏼.
Had a little time to practice this afternoon so I focused on the “languide” section of La Desirade, a Salzedo pedal slide etude that is new to me. Texas harp teachers, how excited are you for the next 5 months of buzzy harp playing and overused pedals? 😵💫 #tmea
